I am about a week short on your 18 month blog but I consider this a WIN! Currently you are sleeping upstairs in Grandpa & Grandmas closet...
Our basement is being finished and today is dry wall day! Too noisy to sit there and listen to that from 7am-5pm so we headed out once again.
The past three months have been so filled with memories, day to day life and adventures new to you! March included our first family vacation via airplane, April was Mommy & Mackenzies birthdays and May was the start of summer! I wanted to capture these past three months in some photos and say what YOU did along the way :) You are such a big girl now... truly from 15 to 18 months you went from baby to full on toddler!
But first, the stats..
Weight: 25 pounds (75%)
Height: 33.5 inches (90%)
Head: 18.8 inches (75-90%) lol
Lets see --
Food: Your still a great eater (quantity wise) but are becoming more picky. You love hot dogs.. I swear its gone in under a minute. Your fruit right now is cantaloupe and honeydew with occasional strawberries. You love apple sauce and apples. You LOVE pretzels and thats often a bribe to get you in the car and out the door :)
Teeth: You have all your teeth besides your top two canines. Your bottom outside teeth came at 15 months! You received your top 1 year molars right before 16 months! Then everything else followed.. your bottom moles and your bottom canines. So basically you only need two more which I am sure are coming soon *typically they come before the bottom canines.. so kinda weird!
Sleep: The past there months have been up and down with sleep. You have been a one nap baby since shortly after a year but were still figuring out whats the best for you. At this point you are up between 6-7 and nap around 12-1 for an hour or two. We really had to start waking you up at 2:30 to be going to bed by 7:30.
Clothing: You are in all 18 month clothing. Onesies are 18 month but getting tight, same with some shorts. T-shirts are 18 or 18-24 month. Plus size 5 diapers (have been for a long time!)
Activities: You love outside! You ride on the car, tricycle or push yourself around. You enjoy wagon rides and even a stroller ride. You like to color and ask to with chalk or crayons when Mackenzie has them. You still only color for a few minutes before your over it :) You love to swing, dance, try and jump, started to spin in circles, climb on tables... your a monkey and a lot more adventurous than sister was!
Words: The doctor asked at your appointment if you have the standard 10-20 words that an 18 month old is 'suppose' to have. Well, yes you do. I mean you ask for necklaces and crowns for goodness sake! Your sisters language has helped! You say love you when we ask for it to be repeated.. you say amen after praying.. You know basic animal names and noises they make (gorilla still a favorite!)
Health: We had an allergy and dermatology appointment recently. We have some new cream and soap for your skin and its cleared wonderfully! However, there are going to be patches and moments that your eczema has a flair up of dry patches. The allergist would like us to come back in September for retesting of peanut, milk, egg.. We pray they just GO away by the grace of God. We have a green light to eggs baked into things and tried muffins but you just love muffins so we will keep trying. Next we would do baked milk. Outside of that and the tumble you took last month you are healthy :)

We had our first stop in Tucson, AR and visiting your Great Grandpa Wally and Suzanne. We explored a few parks together with Daddy when mackenzie had a fun day with Nana & Papa!

This month you have a new dermatologist as well as a new allergist. We are trying to figure this all out girlfriend and you are rocking it like a champ! Thankful that at so young you don't know the difference yet :)

My poor little girl. You tripped and hit your lip perfect to need 5 stitches. You had to be put under because there was no way you were laying still for them to stitch you up!
